Disruptive Technologies (DT) is looking for a strong performer who pushes boundaries and uncovers new opportunities each and every day. This role entails that you establish trust and credibility with end users and partners, and we are looking for an experienced a-player with a strong track record of working in complex sales environments. Disruptive is already established in the United States with contractors, but we are now looking to establish an office with primary focus on sales. A significant part of Distruptive’s revenue growth is already coming from the US with key partners and clients like, JLL, Verizon, but a significant market opportunity is still largely untapped.

Your Key responsibilities 

  • Our sensors unfold their true business value in combination with the software and services of our partner ecosystem. You will work with software partners and service providers to deliver new and innovative solutions in areas such as workplace and facilities management, building maintenance, food safety and health services.
  • Attending client meetings across the United States and Canada is an essential part of your role, in order to lead DT’s complex sales cycles and to present the value of our full product suite to decision makers.
  • We need your experience to conduct product demonstrations and develop relationships within enterprise organisations, presenting the value of our solution in combination with our partners.
  • Use Hubspot to forecast  sales, keep records of customer interaction and track revenue achievement. 


Your core competence & skills

Ideally you work in Commercial Real Estate today and have been working in Workplace Services innovation, Facilities Services innovation or Food Retail facilities innovation. You love building relationships and have a strong network of contacts across the United States.

  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales or business development experience
  • Strong customer references
  • Background in solution selling, familiarity with SaaS a plus
  • Experience with Workplace or Facilities Management innovation is a strong plus
  • Track record with Commercial Real Estate software and services is a strong plus
  • Experience working with RoI and cost modelling 
  • BA or BS degree
  • Unwavering commitment to integrity and professionalism.
