We are looking for an exceptional technical performer to work with our UK and European account teams, channel partners and customers in Smart Buildings and Facilities Management. You will be a technical leader and trusted advisor, pushing technical boundaries to break ground for new Smart Building & Facilities solutions based on Disruptive-Technologies´ (DT) sensors in this rapidly evolving market.


Our sensors unfold their true business value in combination with the software and services of our partner ecosystem. You will work with software partners and service providers to deliver new and innovative solutions in areas such as workplace and facilities management, building maintenance, energy control, food safety and health services. Attending client meetings across the United Kingdom and Europe is an essential part of your role, in order to lead DT’s complex technical sales and to present the value of our full product suite to technical stakeholders and decision makers. We need your experience to architect new solutions our customers did not think were possible.

Your Key responsibilities 

  • You will lead DT’s complex technical solution design
  • You will be responsible for managing the technical relationship with key partners and customers
  • You will attend client meetings across the United Kingdom and Europe  and present the value of our full product suite to technical stakeholders and decision makers
  • You will work with software partners and service providers to deliver new and innovative solutions in areas such as workplace and facilities management, building maintenance, energy control, food safety and health services.

     

    Your core competence & skills

    Ideally you work in Smart Buildings & Facilities technology today and have been working with Workplace Services innovation, Facilities Services innovation, Energy Control or Food Retail facilities innovation.

    • Degree in physical sciences, engineering or mathematics
    • Minimum 5 years of technical solutions experience
    • Background in solution selling, familiarity with SaaS a plus
    • Experience with Workplace or Facilities Management software is a strong plus
    • Experience working with physical building assets such as lighting or refrigeration is a plus
    • Experience with BMS system integration is a strong plus
    • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
    • Comfort navigating complex technical sales 
    • Comfort working closely and building strong relationships with customers
    • Comfort interacting with and orchestrating an ecosystem of partners to deliver complete solutions
