As Chief Financial Officer at Disruptive Technologies you will play a leading role in contributing to the long-term development of our business, working alongside the CEO, the management team and the Board of Directors. As Chief Financial Officer you will be responsible for enhancement and improvement of business systems, and ensure compliancy and robustness to support  financial activities and future growth. You will be responsible for developing the finance and accounting strategies, and build models to optimize the company’s financial performance and strategic position.

Your key responsibilities 

  • Have the overall responsibility for the finance and administration.
  • Have a vital role in strategy and business development projects, supporting the CEO, in shaping and executing the overall strategy and developing robust and adequate business models for expansion
  • Manage the annual plan & budget process and quarterly business reviews
  • Internal and external reporting (monthly, quarterly and yearly), including cost control,  group consolidation and controlling of international operations
  • Continuously develop and improve the company’s business systems and processes
  • Be responsible for financing and liquidity management, including financial modeling and planning, cash flow, risk management, fundraising plans, and capital structure
  • Investor and stakeholder communication and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies including segregation of duties
  • Lead corporate governance, general compliance and related work


Your core competence & skills

  • A strong financial background with minimum 5 years of relevant experience as CFO, Head of Finance or similar. 
  • MSc in Finance, auditing, business or equivalent. 
  • Leadership experience in developing teams and culture   
  • Experience from international work environment and has in-depth knowledge of relevant practices in finance, accounting, tax, legal and compliance (e.g. IFRS)
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Experience with ERP- and other finance and business support systems
  • Experience developing financial business models and conducting analysis that identify critical trends, support strategic decision making and create forward visibility
  • Experience from a Tech company and / or SaaS industry is a plus
